Job Description

This is a full-time position available for a Candidate Attorney at Smith Inc. in Pretoria. The job description similar to that of a Candidate Attorney which includes but not limited to legal research, drafting legal documents, provide support to members of the firm, liaising with clients, serving and filing Court process.

Salary

Market related.

Qualifications

• Completed LLB degree
• Proficiency with Court Online and Case Lines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to follow instructions
• Strong skills in Legal Research and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage a dynamic workload
• Demonstrated interest or experience in criminal, civil, or labor law is advantageous
• Strong ethical principles and dedication to client confidentiality
